Summary

I lead workforce capability and transformation work where strategy has to become observable execution: roles, skills, learning systems, communication behaviors, adoption workflows, and readiness signals. Across 17+ years in HR, commercial training, product, and global programs, I have built capability frameworks, enterprise learning ecosystems, LMS/HRIS/ERP-connected processes, and analytics-informed transformation programs.

I also build platforms directly. UpSkyld is the current flagship: a communication capability platform designed to turn coaching, practice, certification readiness, and progression into signals leaders can use.
